Highftech (HFT) is one of the end users in the industrial team carrying on Lightcoce project. <p>HFT participates in the LightCoce H2020 project focusing on building an Ecosystem for the up-scaling of lightweight multi-functional concrete and ceramic materials and structures. In particular HFT is one of end users bringing a test case in the field of lightweight ceramic application in space field.</p>

<p>26 partners, from 9 EU countries, participate in the LightCoce consortium, representing 5 Large Enterprise 8 RTDs, 12 SMEs, and 1 Association!</p>

<p>Il MACOR® è una ceramica lavorabile di macchina utensile prodotta da <a href="http://www.corning.com/worldwide/en.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Corning</a>. HFT ha acquisito notevole esperienza sulla lavorazione meccanica di questo materiale sulle sue macchine a controllo numerico a 5 assi e quindi può realizzare i particolari di cui hai bisogni in tempi rapidi e costi contenuti.</p>



<p>Questo materiale offre una combinazione unica di proprietà, a differenza di qualsiasi altro materiale tecnico: è bianco, inodore senza offgassing con porosità nulla, consente di ottenere finiture superficiali a specchio con tolleranze dimensionali centesimali. Rimane costante fino a 800 ° C, ma può arrivare per tempi relativamente brevi anche a 1000 ° C sotto carico senza fenomeni di creep o deformazioni plastiche. Presenta bassi coefficienti&nbsp;di espansione termica anche a alte temperature ed è un ottimo isolante elettrico.</p>
